Another one bites the dust......

So can i just say that i am sick and tired of stuff breaking on us!!! First it was our vacuum, then our washer, and now our air conditioning and heating unit broke!!! This sucks! So last night after we got home from a birthday party, i noticed it was cold, then a little while later after we got the kids in bed it was even colder. Yes i know we live in houston, and it isn't cold very often but last night it was COLD! So dave takes a look at it, and is trying to fix in the attic. All of the sudden he is yelling at me to turn it all off RIGHT NOW. We have a gas heater and he didn't know what he was doing and thought he was about to blow up the house. Well thankfully he didn't do that, but we ended up putting our mattress in the living room, putting callie on the couch and parker in his moses basket so we could all sleep in front of the fire and be warm. Parker doesn't like to sleep anywhere but his crib. So that really wasn't fun last night. I was up all the time making sure the fire was ok and not creeping out to come and catch us on fire. ( i get paranoid about stuff like that) And dave was up the whole time trying to keep the fire going so the kids wouldn't get colder and get more sick, they are just now getting over there colds... UGH!!!!! I can't stand this, we need some good luck. Yes i know things could be a lot worse and we have so much to be thankful for, but come on 2 major things in a week breaking and then my vacuum ( and i consider that a major thing but dave dosent so he says i cant count that) But for real COME ON ALREADY...!!!!! Have a good sunday everyone!

Sick babies

So these past couple of days the kids have been sick with coughs, runny nose, can't sleep and cranky. My poor babies, i hate it when they get sick. They have been little troopers! Hopefully as the weekend goes along they will feel better and next week we will all be fine! HOPEFULLY!

Callie Reading.

So this morning before school, i got Callie to read her level C book. She is doing really good lately, so i though i would let ya see it. Excuse the mess in her room, and the actual video. I was trying to get her reading and then trying to show you guys the book but i couldn't see what i was recording and changed positions a lot.... :)

Parker Making Noise....

Yes i know, it looks real blurry. We were playing a board game with callie and parker was chillin in a rocking chair and decided he needed to join in the conversation! So i grabbed my phone real fast to catch it because he normaly dosent do it for long. He was talking forever and when i finally got my phone he got distracted... OF COURSE! anyway here is what i got. Oh yes i would like to brag here for a min. Callie has read to the First grade class 2 times now all by herself. I asked the teacher the next time she does it, if i can go up and record her. I would love to see her read to them!!! I am SOOO Proud of her!!

Baby Time

So today Dave had to go fix something up in conroe so i decided to go with him and hang out with his sister Victoria. Our babies are SOOO cute! Angelina is 10 months old, and Parker is 3 months old. HAHA and there really is no difference in size. Parker is chunky as he can be ( really cute might i add) and Angelina is a petite girl ( she is so adorable ) They had fun hanging out as you can tell. :) We had a picnic lunch outside with whataburger, and then went for a walk. It was a good day. But i just wanted to show off the cousin babies of course!
