Dave and I have been married for 6 years, and have a little girl callie who is now 5 years old. Our little boy Parker was born on Sep. 20. We have a perfect little life and we love everything about it!

A few more pics of second day...

Alright, one of these days i will actually catch up on the pictures. They are kinda out of order, but you all get the point. Parker is doing great, he has a doctor appt. on monday to see how much he is growing and all. He was 6.12 when we brought him home, so hopefully he is back up to birth weight! He is a good baby, and sleeps pretty good at night. If he goes to bed at 11 he wakes up around 2-3 to eat, poop and go back to sleep. :) then he will wake up again around 6-7 to do the same thing, and then we get callie off to school and it is just me and him all day. and he has the same routine all day. He is getting better at staying awake for more then 45 mins at a time, so i can actually see his eyes then. I will get a picture soon of him up here with his eyes open and him fully awake. Callie is doing great. I mean she is a little jealous but way better then we all thought she would be. She tells people when they pick up the baby to " be careful with that gentle little thing" It is cute. The first time she said it was at my moms house when my mom was sponge bathing him.! It was really adorable! She comes home from school and first thing she wants to do it hold her little brother. Callie loves to help ( maybe a little to much) haha. Although i get a little worried when she tries to help i know it is a great thing for her to be able to bond with him and not be so jealous. Anyway i hear a little squeaky thing in the living room so i need to hop off of here. Hope you all are having a great weekend!

Thanks for the update! I can't believe that Callie said that. She's so smart and so cute! My little niece is about Callie's age and she tries to help out ALL OF THE TIME with her baby sister. It really is good for them to bond, because now the older sibling isn't jealous (like we thought she would be). Your little family is so cute! :)

wow, Dave is so strong to lift both his little ones at the same time! How great that Callie can go to school so you can nap with your baby. He is such a cutie pie! You'll have to give me tips on how to trasition an only child, mine is too used to being the queen of the castle!
